He begins his studies at the Reina Sofía Dance Professional Conservatory of Granada, in the specialty of Flamenco, in 2018 he ends his studies and later enters the Superior Conservatory of Dance «María de Ávila» (Madrid) in the specialty of pedagogy, he is currently studying choreography and interpretation of flamenco in the Superior Conservatory of Dance «Ángel Pericet» (Málaga).

During the years 2017 and 2018 he made different productions within the FEX (Festival of Music and Dance of Granada) such as: "Strokes", "Land of adexes", "The Death of Desire", "Ayres" and "More time than life" directed by Antonio Canales, Rubén Olmo, Concha Jareño, Nani Paños and Eva "La Yerbabuena" respectively.

In 2019, it becomes a component of the Irene Morales company in its show "soul" released in the Palacio de Congresos de Granada. And in 2020 he premieres his first solo show «Primigenia» premiered in the House of Culture of Almuñécar and later in «La Chumbera» (Granada) and Parque El Majuelo (Almuñécar).

Teresa Barbero is part of the artistic cast of Cía Christina Pagés in her two productions "The Sacrifice Play" awarded the Malaga Award Crea 2020 and "Bellatrices." It is also a component of the "Heart of Granada" show by guitarist Pablo Giménez on his tour of Sant Moritz (Switzerland).

In 2021 it becomes a component and dancer Solita of the Agustín Barajas company in its show "Tierra de Lorca" tours of Spain and Paris (France).

In 2022, its "open art" projects a show of shows in urban spaces, performing five pieces with different artists. "Recreo" with Yolanda Osuna and Alberto Raya, "Attachment theory" with Christina Pagés and Rubén Lara, "the emptiness she occupies" with Alba Fajardo and Alberto Raya, "Ver-Dial" with Borja Cortés and Eduardo López, and "D. Construct" with Agustín Barajas and Alberto Raya.

Teresa Barbero currently works in numerous tablaos such as: "Jardines de Zoraya" (Granada), Flamenco Tablanc (Granada), Los Tarantos (Granada), Peña La Platería (Granada) and Peña Niño-Vélez (Málaga) among others ...
