Terms and Conditions of Contract – La Pecaora
1. Protection of Personal Data
La Pecaora, in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data provided by clients. Personal data will be treated in accordance with the La Pecaora Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms and conditions, the client gives his consent to the processing of his personal data in accordance with said policy.
2. Show Reservations
2.1. The reservation for a La Pecaora show will be considered effective when the client has approved the budget provided in writing by La Pecaora and has paid 50% of the total agreed amount.
2.2. The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than one day after the performance of the show.
3. Cancellation of the Show
3.1. La Pecaora reserves the right to cancel a show in the event of unforeseen circumstances or beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, force majeure situations, government restrictions, strikes, serious technical problems, or any other circumstance that make the performance of the show impossible or dangerous.
3.2. In the event of cancellation of the show by La Pecaora due to the circumstances mentioned in point 3.1, the client will be offered the option of rescheduling the show or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Modification of Artists
La Pecaora reserves the right to modify the participation of artists in the show in case of scheduling problems or other reasons derived from personal causes or causes beyond the control of the company. In such case, La Pecaora undertakes to offer an equivalent or higher level of quality to the client and to inform the client of any substantial change in the artistic composition.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Community of Madrid and any dispute related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Community of MadridTerms and Conditions of Contract – La Pecaora

We appreciate your interest in our event planning services. Below we present our cancellation policies to ensure a clear and fair service experience for both our customers and La Pecaora.
1. Cancellation by the Client
1.1. Advance Cancellation: If you decide to cancel an event contracted with La Pecaora, we ask that you do so as far in advance as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the sooner you let us know, the better we can manage the situation.
1.2. Full Refund: The client may cancel the show with the right to a full refund of the amount paid as long as they do so more than 15 days before the scheduled date of the show.
1.3. Cancellation Fee: After that date, the 50% advance payment paid for the reservation will not be refundable.
2. Cancellation by La Pecaora
2.1. Changes in Circumstances: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control may arise that require us to cancel or modify an event. This could include natural disasters, government restrictions, serious technical problems, strikes or other force majeure situations.
2.2. Options for the Client: In the event that La Pecaora must cancel or modify an event for the reasons mentioned in point 2.1, we will offer the client the option of rescheduling the event or receiving a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with the policies. from La Pecaora.
3. Communication of Cancellations
3.1. Communication of cancellations or changes in programming must be made in writing, either by email or through a signed document, to ensure proper recording of the cancellation request and relevant dates.
4. Reservations and Payments
4.1. The booking and payment process for our services is detailed in our specific terms and conditions, and cancellation and refund policies are governed by those terms.
