Terms and Conditions of Service – La Pecaora
1. Protection of Personal Data
La Pecaora, in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data provided by customers. Personal data will be processed in accordance with La Pecaora's Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with said policy.
2. Booking Shows
2.1. The booking of a La Pecaora show will be considered effective when the client has approved the budget provided in writing by La Pecaora and has paid 50% of the total agreed amount.
2.2. The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than one day after the performance.
3. Cancellation of the Show
3.1. La Pecaora reserves the right to cancel a show in case of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, force majeure situations, government restrictions, strikes, serious technical problems, or any other circumstance that makes the performance of the show impossible or dangerous.
3.2. In the event of cancellation of the show by La Pecaora due to the circumstances mentioned in point 3.1, the customer will be offered the option of rescheduling the show or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Artist Modification
La Pecaora reserves the right to modify the participation of artists in the show in case of scheduling conflicts or other reasons arising from personal circumstances or reasons beyond the company's control. In such cases, La Pecaora commits to offering the client an equivalent or higher level of quality and will inform the client of any substantial changes to the artistic lineup.
5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Community of Madrid and any dispute relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Community of Madrid. Cancellation Policies – La Pecaora
Thank you for your interest in our event planning services. Below, we present our cancellation policies to ensure a clear and fair service experience for both our clients and La Pecaora.
1. Cancellation by the Client
1.1. Cancellation in Advance: If you decide to cancel an event booked with La Pecaora, we ask that you do so as far in advance as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but the sooner you inform us, the better we can manage the situation.
1.2. Full Refund: The customer may cancel the show with the right to a full refund of the amount paid provided that they do so more than 15 days before the scheduled date of the show.
1.3. Cancellation Fee: After that date, the 50% advance paid as a reservation fee will not be refundable.
2. Cancellation by La Pecaora
2.1. Changes in Circumstances: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control may arise that force us to cancel or modify an event. This could include natural disasters, government restrictions, serious technical problems, strikes, or other force majeure events.
2.2. Customer Options: In the event that La Pecaora has to cancel or modify an event for the reasons mentioned in point 2.1, we will offer the customer the option of rescheduling the event or receiving a full refund of the amount paid, in accordance with La Pecaora's policies.
3. Cancellation Communication
3.1. Notification of cancellations or changes to the schedule must be made in writing, either by email or by means of a signed document, to ensure proper record of the cancellation request and the relevant dates.
4. Reservations and Payments
4.1. The booking and payment process for our services is detailed in our specific terms and conditions, and the cancellation and refund policies are governed by those terms.
